Our grooming service is performed
by Loraine Smith. She has been grooming for over 30
years. She is experienced in all dog breeds and regularly
grooms cats as well. Loraine shows her own standard
poodles from time to time. One of them Emma, has previously
starred in an episode of ABC’s "Kath and
Kim".
Grooming is offered four days
per week, on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
Grooming process: your pet is given an initial clip,
then hydrobathed (using Aloveen shampoo — an Australian
shampoo made by a veterinary dermatologist) and blow
dried. The pet is then given a second clip — at
which point most of the fine grooming using scissors
is performed, shaping the face, ears, tail and legs.
Finally, nails are trimmed and Aloveen conditioner is
applied to the coat.
